It is important to have a clear vision for your businesses’ success. Recently Blabber Duckie visited a Rainmaker Lunch launch on the west side of Indianapolis. During this launch the Rainmaker Genie also visited. Well Jack Klemeyer might not be an actual genie but he is one of those leaders due in part to the five crucial steps listed above. Most business owners and entrepreneurs don’t know the first thing about effectively and efficiently growing their business. It’s hard to imagine, but it’s true. And often this lack of growing their business is the leader not understanding the five crucial steps it takes to be a great leader plus the lack of a vision.
